International Baccalaureate

Students who intend to join the Sixth Form in September 2010 will have a choice of two separate curricula. They may apply for both, but will need to state a preference between the two in case of oversubscription. The options are:

• AS Levels with Extension options
  
• The International Baccalaureate Diploma

Those who choose the International Baccalaureate as their first choice will need to select 3 Higher Level subjects (4 hours teaching per week) and 3 Standard Level subjects (2½ hours teaching per week). They must choose one subject from each of the groups below:


Every IB student must also study the core subjects in the centre of the hexagon above.

Application forms are available here. They must reach the school by 4.00pm on Friday 12th February 2010.
