No matter the size, if you are looking for a venue to run a meeting, host a conference, or hire for sporting activities, we have many different rooms available, starting at just £15 per hour, every day of the week. Block bookings or individual events are welcome.
We can assist you with space, furniture, catering, parking, and administration, as needed for your club, training session or party!

The Forum
Our brand-new conference facility seats 60 on staged seating with armrest tables. High resolution projection and surround sound make this venue perfect for conferences, film nights, recitals, and lectures. Catering space and services, mini-reception and toilet facilities can be included, and lock off from main school available.
Since September 2022, the Torbay Astronomical Society has been hiring the Forum to hold its main lecture meetings. We have been very impressed, ourselves with the facility and its audio/visual equipment. The tiered seating ensures that everyone gets a good view wherever they sit and there is no need to move furniture to suit our purposes. The adjacent kitchenette also makes it easy to provide tea/coffee during the break from our meetings. We feel that the room is thoroughly fit for purpose and well worth the additional expenditure we have been prepared to outlay on its hiring. This season we have had many favourable comments about the accommodation, from professional astronomy speakers, including a speaker from the European Space Agency and the “school’s own” Professor Chris Lintott of the BBC Sky at Night Programme, and from speakers from other societies who were both complimentary and envious of our meeting place.

ReTrEAT
Large, bright hall overlooking the school parkland, with adjoining annex room, catering space, and toilet facilities. Lock off from main school available. Ideal for parties, banqueting, exercise classes, and trade fairs. Approximate capacity: 200. Computer and projection facilities available.
Sports Hall
Airy sports facility, with newly installed state-of-the-art floor.
Centenary Hall
Well-equipped theatre space with adaptable staging, rigged lighting, and audio equipment. Ideal for concerts, productions, trade fairs and more. Separate building to the main school with catering facilities and toilets included. Seats approximately 400 in rows but can be arranged with cabaret style tables and chairs, or other layouts as arranged. Technical equipment and support available for additional hire. Bar/mini kitchen available.
Library
A more intimate space, ideal for meetings and craft clubs. Approximate capacity: 40. Tea and coffee facilities can be made available.
Sixth Form Study Area
A new space to hire from Sept 2023. Lovely bright, clean space for a variety of uses – meetings, training sessions, playgroups, musical groups. Parking, toilets close by.
