Fox Tor House is known for its strong sense of unity, belonging and community; we strive to ensure that all students feel valued and supported in all aspects of school life. Fox Tor boasts a fantastic team of tutors that are on hand to support and encourage students whilst they navigate their way through day to day life at the school.
Being a member of Fox Tor comes with a collective responsibility. It’s about being a team player. One where students support each other in all aspects of their educational journey. There is a strong focus on allowing the students to have ownership and a say in what drives the ‘Fox Tor Way.’ The new Fox Tor House Council is at the heart of this.
Fox Tor students are given the opportunity to take part in, and lead, a wide range of social and charitable events throughout the year. These are designed to build a close-knit community, which in turn helps with team spirit, an essential component for a successful house. This team spirit is further strengthened during the House championship where there are opportunities for all students to shine in the myriad of competitions; from sporting pursuits to spelling bees.
In addition, there are an extensive range of extra-curricular clubs, societies and trips on offer. Fox Tor students are encouraged to participate fully and make the most of all the opportunities afforded to them during their time at TBGS.
Fox Tor house is a respectful community, characterised by organised, resilient and successful young people. A graduate of Fox Tor is a motivated and committed leader. They use their initiative and are equipped to fulfil their potential in all areas of their life, both now and in the future.
